Let me start off saying that the end result was excellent and I think their prices are very fair.  The only hiccup that I experienced that kept me from giving 5 stars is scheduling confusion that happened twice and interfered with my weekend.  But they were very apologetic and more than made up for the mix-ups.  Give them a call - I highly recommend!

I'm sorry to say that the cleaner arrived more than an hour late - she called, but it was still an inconvenience. Left my bathtub filled with dirty water (I know the drain is a little tricky, but she could have just asked!).  She didn't remove anything from the top of the fridge & kind of just dusted around most things.  She left me a note saying that my home was 'very durty'-granted, we hadn't had a cleaner in a while and it might have been more than she expected, but I would have been ok with her re-negotiating the rate we agreed upon to have a better job done.
