Project: Install Sod
While he gave a good price, when came to do the work I felt he was treating me like small job and squeezed me in to his schedule. He did not show on the original date. He came the next day worked for about an hour said he would come back after lunch which turned out to be six thirty that evening.

I’am sorry that you felt like I treated your job like a small job. You were more than happy when I left the job and didn’t say anything about this. I did everything you asked and even gave you more sod than was proposed. The job consisted of laying a couple pieces of sod and moving two sprinkler heads. If you were happy with the quality work I’ am just a little confused why you would give me this rating. I try my hardest to make all my clients happy you should of just told me how you felt.

Project: Landscape Designer
Lance from Design and Build came to our house and surveyed our property. One benefit of D&B is that they are one of the rare landscape companies that provide a free design before starting. We went over our concerns about building a landscape on our property, which included several factors we felt were extremely important and wanted hime to incorporate into the design. It took 2 weeks for them to generate a design which turned out to be completely generic, ignoring all our concerns. As soon as I pointed out that their design plan did not address our concerns and asked them to revise it, Lance did not return any phone calls, txts, or e-mails.

Very pleased with the job. Wonderful design and the clean up was thorough. Phone calls and questions were answered promptly and job was done when expected. Would definitely use this company again in the future

I used Design and Build to install my landscape lighting and they did a such great job so I used them to redesign my landscape in my backyard. The way my yard looks now is incredible I going to recommend them to everyone. Very easy to work with they did every thing I asked and more. Thanks
