Although my design philosophy is generally contextual, I am frequently asked to create solutions that think “outside the box” for imaginative solutions. As a licensed architect, I am trained to break down the boundaries, think 3-dimensionally, find lost space, and create spaces that flow and process along with everyday life. To assist this, I work closely with my clients and use the latest in computer aided drafting and rendering techniques to bring our ideas to life prior to construction. We needed an architect to help us with an outdoor luxury "covered patio". They were wonderful to work with! In addition to listening to our plans/ideas and incorporating such in drawings they also researched items (materials) for us during the design process so that we could get an understanding, while in design, what those items may cost. In addition, at the end of the project, Terra Architects went above and beyond by generating a "Dry-Run" Estimate for us in cost and labor for the construction of the project. This was very helpful when we sent our project to contractors for bid What a helpful and pleasant process.

The partner that we have been working with - David Wickwire - has been the utmost professional. He has listened to our needs and executed them as we design our new single family home. The process has been a total collaboration and his timeliness incredible. I would recommend him for any new construction or addition.

Dave called me on Monday and came out that evening. He was able to get my drawings completed quickly and helped me move forward with my project. They understood what I needed and made it happen. I would recommend them to anyone remodeling or building a home.

David is awesome! I had actually selected another architect based on price/location and within 2 weeks was back with Terra. The service and attention to detail is unmatched and what I find more than anything being able to work with an architect that you really like makes the difference. I will refer Terra to all of my friends and definitely use David in the future!
