Rich was very accommodating.....got back to me very quickly.....was very courteous, patient, took shoe off to go on our upstairs carpet, and explained everything he was doing. D'Aulerio was very prompt. He discovered the cause of the problem quickly, explained it thoroughly and completed the repair. Also requested estimates for other jobs and hope to use them in the future.
