Dishonest. Contracted him to do my crawl space and attic. He noted he did my crawl space and sealed the entrance with a well cover. He sent me pictures of the completed work and noted no need for me to ever go down there again. After seeing a lot of incomplete work in the attic work he did (never put up the baffles, rulers, sealing holes or covers for my recessed lights....I thought best to check the crawl space too....he didn't do a single thing down there ...not one thing except seal off the entrance. I'm working with my credit card company now to get my money back.

Everything that was agreed upon in the contract by the customer prior to the work being done was completed entirely. The customer later asked for some additional work to be added at NO additional cost. I was only asking for him to cover the material costs and this angered him leading to this negative review. I tried to rectify the situation, but the customer was not interested in allowing me to do so.

Project: Install Spray Foam Insulation
Used what amounted to a "DIY" kit from FoamIt Green. Made a horrendous mess. Got foam all over shop equipment and personal property. Left a mess behind. Installed far less foam than agreed upon. Left areas missed or untouched. Made no effort to expedite remedy. Felt the job only needed "touching up". Violated multiple sections of PA HICPA law. I had to demand a refund so I could have another contractor fix everything by using professional equipment and materials.

This customer's comments are describing the work done by a subcontractor used to complete his project. This was a larger job and another contractor was brought in. Once I was made aware of the situation, I tried to rectify it but the customer decided to get someone else to finish the job. I offered a refund and the customer accepted. The claim regarding violations to PA HICPA law was that my contract had a PO Box instead of an address, which has been changed.
