What they enjoy most is our prompt follow up and the knowledge that we bring to their project. We specialize in all types of service work as well as new installations on everything from water and sewer lines to remolding and new homes sewer mains, water mains, water heaters and sump pumps. We are fairly priced and we are experts at what we do. We are often offered to work on large commercial projects because they know we will complete the project on time and within budget. Very happy with the quality of service provided by both Service Magic and D & D Plumbing. I was in a bind because I was out of state, needed a plumber quickly & had no idea who to call. This was my first experience with Service Magic but if D & D Plumbing is an example of the kind of professionalism they put people in touch with I will use them regularly. Not for plumbing though – they’ve already put me in touch with the only plumber I’ll ever need.

Dean called soon after I submitted the request to schedule the job. He arrived, saw the problem, made the repair and did a few other small maintenace items which avoided future headaches and possibly another water leak. He took time to explain everything and went the extra steps even though it was Saturday afternoon. Thanks Dean.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Dean was great. Responded quickly, very professional but super nice. The job turned into a bigger project due to the construction of the house but he went the extra mile and made sure it was taken care of. His price was very reasonable and he did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
