The customer service was very good when scheduling the project. Not happy with the quality, windows in the living room and sun room, once the sun came out looked terrible. Called right away Saturday morning expressing my disappointment as of yet no return call back. Huge expense not to satisfied, hoping they will return my call and redo those windows.

we have just received this comment from service magic today, friday 11-18-11 at 11:30 am. This customer left a voicemail message on saturday 11-12-11. Our company is not open on saturdays or sundays. We called right away monday morning and contacted barb d. she explained her complaint and I said we would send our cleaner back and correct the problem before friday. She wanted someone there asap,and our cleaner was not available Tuesday. he was thursday 11-17-11. Her husband was contacted on 11-16-11 and scheduled through him to come back on 11-17-11. Our cleaner reported he went to their home and corrected the issue. Fixed.

Some windows not as clean as expected, left dirty drips on many of the window sills and on the floor.

Very pleased with servoce and attitude

Dayspring Window Cleaning Company were very nice people and very attentive. However, the person that was sent to clean my gutters was not. He was late from a 2 hour time frame. He then called for directions to my house. He was about 10 minutes away and said he would be here in a few minutes. 45 minutes later he arrived after stopping for lunch before he came. I was not a pleased person.
