Called Rey this morning before 8am and he was at my house at 9:50 am and our appointment was at 10am. He was very informative on our call prior to scheduling with him and very thorough. Fixed my issue within an hour at $10 less that what he estimated by telephone. Felt very comfortable and confident with him as a contractor in my home. I'm keeping his contact information for future work. Thanks Rey and Thanks Service Magic. This contractor is a good one :)

I was in the process of selling my home and had some repairs that needed to be done quickly. They came out, gave me a reasonable estimate and did the work the same day. They had some problems with the electrical work underneath the house and it took them longer than they expected to finish the project, but they held to their original estimate and didn't charge me extra. Everything works fine and looks good. I'd use them again.
