Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
We had our roof inspected by Jeff at Cypress Roofing prior to putting our house up for sale. He arrived on time and was very professional. We were happy to hear that he did not recommend any repairs to our roof as it was in good shape and should have a service life for another 5 to 7 years. He even gave us some helpful ideas on selling our home. We offered to pay him something for his time but he insisted that the inspection was complementary. Very satisfied with your service, thank you Cypress Roofing.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I had a major roof leak with rain coming in two days. after explaining my situation he arranged his schedule so that he was able to come the next day and begin working on it. He was done before the rain hit. The timing made it hard financially but he was willing to work with us anyway. They will be my go too roofer from now on

Jeff was a delight to work with. Fast. Prompt. Courteous. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Informative. Called on the same day I made the request. Climbed up on the roof. Gave an on-the-spot estimate and followed it up with a written estimate by email that night. Three working days later, the roof was fixed. The work itself was completed in about 3 hours just as Jeff quoted.

Excellent service, friendly staff and very inclusive estimate. It pays to educate the customer especially if your company provides the best. I think Cyress Roofing provided this service for us. We love our roof!
