Stacy was courteous and knowledgeable and called me to make an appointment within an hour of receiving my online inquiry. The technician, Jason was prompt, courteous and professional. This was an excellent, service experience and smooth install. The install took less than an hour and Jason explained clearly how to maintain the central vac system and the importance of sending in the warranty information. He cleaned up afterward and was very thorough. I was so relaxed during this project that I was actually smiling through it! Unheard of with home repair service!
