We wanted to do business with Cy because we were familiar with his father as our realtor years ago. Cy came by, quoted us a very fair price and a week later we hired him to replace our sump pump. He replaced the pump as requested and left. He failed to reset the box that controls the pump/backup pump. Within an hour after Cy's departure it was going off (indicating that our backup had been activated due to main pump failure). We called Cy at least 8-9 times over the following three weeks. NO REPLY AT ALL. I even asked him to at least call me back if he felt this wasn't his responsibility. Still nothing. Would have paid more for a COMPLETE job

I hired this guy because i could'nt beat his price. He got to my house an hour late went down into my crawlspace was down there about 10 min came and left never to be heard from again. who does that!

When we spoke on the phone you ask for my price to install a sump pump & pit in your crawl space stating that you had everything necessary (remember you said that the guys a Lowes made sure that you had everything you needed)and you said that when you got in the crawl space you realized that you were in over your head. I told you that the labor to install your material would be $200.00. When I arrived the material wasn't there and you told me that you had taken it back and got a refund. We talked face to face before I left and I told you that I would stand by my price $200.00 to install your material. You were told arrival time was approx.

They came when they said they would and worked with great efficiency to install a quality hot water heater. I was very pleased with both the service and the product. They charged only a little over half what their competitor wanted to do the same work.

Very professional. Job was done timely with no problems.

Cy arrived on time and the job was completed in 35 minutes. Did an excellent job,was very professional, friendly and polite. Would call him in a heart beat for any further plumbing issues. He even took off his shoes before entering the house, which I thought was very considerate.

This project started when Cy came to do an appraisal. He said that he could fix the problem but he made it worst. Now I have water damage that I have to fix. Also, to make matters worst, he won't answer or return any of my phone calls. Watch out for people like Cy. I don't want anyone to get done the way that I was done. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!

A lot of the plumbing necessary to install a sink in the wet bar in the basement had already been done by someone else prior to my arrival in March of 2011. I installed the sink and connected it to the existing plumbing as requested, everything was functioning properly and the customer was happy when I left. I found out after I left that the check he paid me with was written on an account that had been closed for quite some time. After leaving several messages for him I just wrote it off and went on. I haven't heard from him or seen him since the day he gave me the check.

Blah-Blah-Blah I could tell you all the usual raves (which are true!) but simply, Cy was prompt, thorough, informative and extremely personable. I am recommending him exclusively to anyone who has need of like services.
