First contact w/sales person was good...After work was started it went down hill quick. A job according to the contractor's time estimate was to be 4 weeks at the most ending up being 3 to 4 months. Several problems with various vendors that belong to the contractor added to our fustrations

The final outcome of the project was ok. However, everything leading up to it was terrible! It was the worst service. Our salesperson was great, but when the workers started to remodel our house they were very disrespectful of our home. They would track dirt all over the house, they would use our toilet and not flush it, they used our microwave and went through our refrigerator, and they left our doors and windows unlocked or open when they left for the day! Also, they unneccessarily stretched the project out. They never told us what was going on. The only time they would call is when they needed another payment. Terrible customer service!

We hired Cutting Edge to do our addition of two bedrooms over top our garage. They started the job on time and finished ahead of schedule. The finished job looks perfect, the house was built 6 years ago and it looks as if the addition was part of the original plan. They used the highest quality of materials and all of the workers were very knowledgeable and professional. Gus was great to deal with and he is very sensitive to the homeowners needs and comfort during the project. The only area that I would recommend that Cutting Edge needs improvement is there cleaning up process. Overall, we are very happy with the job and Cutting Edge gave us.
