I was very impressed with the timeliness of the first contact, the thoroughness of our first planning meeting, the work crew and the work itself, and the follow-up after the work. I would definitely use them again, and I plan to use them for more work in the fall and spring.

They were the professionals and expected me to pay more because they underbid the project They were late for the job They did not provide a written estimate, yet they demanded more than the quote I will never use their services again

The frustrations of this customer are a result of a simple miscommunication. The customer thought he had showed me an an additional area of to be cleaned up during the walk through, either he forgot to mention it, or I misunderstood. Either way, we completed the job to the extent requested. At completion we requested a minimal addition in cost, which he agreed to at the time. As to being late, it was early spring and it rained that day. We got an hour or two behind schedule. Of which he was notified of by phone hours before our scheduled arrival. As with any company, we aren't perfect. But we have contacted this customer to make amends

These gentlemen worked hard and long. They produced the esults I asked for and left absolutely bo debris or cleanup for me to do. I am planning to have them come next year to do another job for me.
