I met w/ the seller and he told me I would be able to contact him at any time throughout the process. Everytime I tried to call him about when I would get my windows he NEVER called back. I left several msgs with him and at his office. I called the office to try get info and was passed around for several days leaving msgs and never called back. Finally got ahold of the manager and he let me know when I could expect my windows in (3 wks after the original date that I was given in the beginning). Installation went good. They put one in upside but came back in timely manor to fix.Installers were great! Not very good Customer Service overall.

Excellent product, excellent install, all around great experience! CRI's windows are more expense than most, but you really do get what you pay for. The action of the windows is smooth and they look awesome! The insulating factor has to be the most impressive part for me. Our house used to swing between 75 and 85 degrees in the summer because our AC couldn't keep up. It is now at a rock solid 75 all the time. The installing contractors were punctual and friendly. When they realized one of the windows wouldn't fit correctly as ordered, they took the time to reorder and do the job right. Already planning to have CRI do our siding in a few years

I ordered windows, but they have not yet been installed. The sales agent gave a very impressive presentation in my home to show how the windows were designed compared to other windows. I placed a deposit on the date of sale, but had to wait three weeks for formal permission to install new windows from a higher neighborhood authority. When I called Custom Remodelers and told them to order windows, the clerk failed to inform my sales agent of that request and three weeks later the windows had still not been ordered. Then it took 10 days to make more exacting measurements. Two weeks later I still don't know if windows have been ordered.

The installation team that came out to do the work was very proffessional and did a great job - I woudl definetly recommend them to anyone. The only issue I woudl site is CRI did not do a great job of keeping us informed through the project on schedule and status of repairs and sometimes was difficult to get to the right person.

WOULD NEVER do business with them. Their SALES Team LIED LIED oh an LIED an also were late. LACK of communication. Left windows unfinished for over a month. Door & Window issues. Had to keep on them. Said they didnt NEED or use Sub-Contractors. YET the Installer(might I add was wonderful) was a Sub-Contractor an said that's all they had. ONLY reason I gave a 2 Star is cause my wife an I love the windows. From a sales an customer service standpoint I would never want to deal with them. Had to get the BBB involved cause of HORRIBLE service. Then after all was said an done. They gave us a $25 gift card to Applesbee's for their service

The sales rep, Mike, that contacted us after we submitted our request on the serviceMagic system was fantastic. Mike was prompt for the initial meeting and the follow up meeting with all the information needed. Mike understood that we had 2 other companies to interview and was confident with his product and allowed the quote to stay on the table until our interviewing process was complete. CRI had the superior product available and definately met our style and service needs.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
I was away when they came to put in our windows, but my husband stated that they did a great job. I saw the windows after it was put in, and it looked very nice. I didn't feel any cold draft coming through the windows. There was no water pooling after a raining day. We only had our basement & bathroom windows replaced, and we'll most likely have them replace the rest of our house windows in the next coming year.
