I had Custom Works work on a bathroom which included tile work, plumbing, onyx tub walls, painting and a new toilet. <br /> <br />I was impressed with the courtesy of their employees.  They kept everything clean and were very polite to my family. <br /> <br />They did good tile work, but I wasn't pleased with their overall results.  Details were missed during their painting and they incorrectly installed my (expensive) onyx tub walls and sink lavatory, which I had to have someone else come in to correct. <br /> <br />Jim was very polite and I would only recommend Custom Works for tile work.

The work they did was excellent. They were very nice people and i was comfortable with them in my home. I did not like the add ons to the estimate every week. I felt these were things he should have planned for and included in the estimate. They did great work but budget higher than what you start with. It was not excessive but enough to put us over budget. They are very qualified and talented. Especially Jim, Steve and Doug!

We are 90% of the way to completion on this project and Jim Williams and his crew have been great to work with. There are always hiccups in any major project (he's remodeling our entire first floor) and they have handled every challenge well. We're on time and on budget! I like that I only pay for their time. Jim isn't selling anything else like cabinets or tile - we buy all the supplies ourselves. Perfect.
