Jerome was very nice to work with. I appreciated his hard work and honesty concerning the doors & locks he had to work with. I beiieve he did the best he could with the quality of the products at our residence.

Project: Reface Already Installed Cabinets
Mr. Fields replaced my kitchen cabinets and countertop. He put in a tile backsplash also. Everything looks great. He was very courteous. He arrived and worked as we had planned. I think he did an excellent job and would definetly recommend him to my friends and family.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Jerome of Custome Woodworks of Sevier County was very efficient, arrived at given time promised and explained in great detail about the difference with different types of flooring. He recommend a type of Lamanent called "pergo" because we have 2 dogs and I must say, my husband and I are very happy with it. Also the floor in the hallway is about 1/4 to 1/2 lower than the kitchen due to the kitchen having several layers of floor. Jerome, at no extra charge will come out, put a piece of wood he has and shave down our kitchen door just a hair so it won't hit the transition bar and break it. Jerome is very honest and affordable.

Very quick, quote was exactly what we paid. He was less than other quotes. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. And the work was well done. Will recomend him to our friends. Will use him again if we have some more work.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Jerome Fields was very nice and seemed honest when giving an estimate. I wanted shelving in my 2 closets, trim door lengths,and fix bi-fold doors. I wanted wood shelving with pole. He also completed baseboard trim. I did not want wire shelving in my closets but wanted wood which I knew would cost more. I thought I was getting it but the shelving he put in was pressed word with metal supports. I do not believe that would constitute wood shelving. He did a good job on fixing my bi-fold doors. Baseboards were completed satisfactory. It just seems like he short cut me a little. I would think twice about hiring him again.
