TERRY DID A VERY HIGH QUALITY JOB AT A REASONABLE COST AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN DEALING WITH US. HOPING TO HAVE TROUBLE FREE WORKING OF NEW WATER SOFTNER SYSTEM, INSTANT HOT WATER AND R/O SYSTEM HE INSTALLED. HE GAVE US 5 YEAR LABOR & PARTS WARANTEE. VERY HAPPY SO FAR!!

Clear explanation of the issue. Didn't try to upsell me to replace the entire water softener - simply priced the broken part, bought it and installed it. Good work. :)

They did an excellent job and found another problem I had and fixed it just for the cost of the parts. I thought their charges were very fair. Very satisfied and will definately use them again.

Did a service call, was on time and friendly. Unfortunately he was too expensvie to do the necessary repair for my water softener, found someone else for less money....

We're very happy with the water softener rebuilt and the new carbon filter that we have. Terry Lawrence expertive is highly recommend. Terry is the only one that was honest to us that our watersoftener can be rebuilt. Nobodyelse was told us this. Terry helped us made good decision at the right time. Thanks for the services!
