Having never before had granite countertops installed I felt like a fish out of water. John Hernandez made the process very smooth. He came to my house showed me samples and made a sqr foot measurement and gave me an estimate. I accepted his offer and went to the stone yard and selected my slap. The next day they created a template from my existing countertops and 3 days later it was installed. It looks even better than I imagined! I'd highly recommend John and Custom Stone Granite & Marble Countertops to anyone interested. Their estimate was my final price. No surprises!

I replaced my laminate countertops & backsplash with a granite countertop and a tumblestone backsplash. I am very pleased with the end result. John answered all my questions and made sure I know what each component of the project would look like and clearly explained the different choices I would have. All the workers would courteous and respectful. I will certainly keep this company in mind for future similar projects.
