Custom Pest Solutions was very professional and helpful. They offered to come out again if we needed additional help (as long as it was within 30 days of the original service). I took them up on that and they were very helpful. I would recommend them again.

When I contacted Tom, he called back and answered my questions immediately! Steve went to the house and was wonderful. He went above and beyond what I expected. He explained everything he was doing in detail. His follow up call was professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

I had some squirrels that made their way through a hole above my 2nd floor bedroom window. I contacted Service Magic.com on Tuesday, November 29th for help. I received a call and a message from Tom Silvestrini of Custom Pest Solutions within minutes of my placement of my needs on Service Magic. I called Tom back and explained the situation to him. Tom knew exactly what to do. He visited my house in a few hours on 11-29. Tom installed a one-way door and some screening to allow the squirrels to vacate. Today is 12-2 and the job is done. I recommend Tom Silvestrini and Custom Pest Solutions. He is adept and professional.

They were wonderful from the first phone call to their visit when they did the work. All questions were answered (and there were many) with patience and knowledge. Our ant and spider problem was solved almost immediately. From seeing many ants all day to just one after they left and then, not a one. We would tell anyone who needs an exterminater, to only call them. We will be using them on a yearly basis to keep all bugs away. Again, they are just great.
