Initially my experience was great and Paul was very helpful with short notice to clean my home. I arrived as they were finishing and paid for the service & after looking was not happy at all. They returned because of a broken item and ended up recleaning the tubs before leaving. I'd specifically asked for certain items to be cleaned, including the tubs and ended up spending 2 hours after they left cleaining toilet bases, baseboards, kitchen sink, floors etc, and the fireplace glass that I had specifically been told had permanent fingerprints that came right off with cleaner. I called back to express my dissapointment and wasn't helped at all.
