Project: Install Spray Foam Insulation
Extremely PUSHY, UNREASONABLE work agreement & horrendously OVERPRICED. Their sales rep "John" is an interesting character: 1. He never gave me the same story (or price) twice 2. His crew didn't show up the first time we scheduled an appointment & claimed he never committed to it 3. He attempted to play me against my general contractor 4. He kept quoting for work I clearly stated I didn't want CI to do. 5. His proposal included line items like "EXTRA LABOR TO DO JOB" without explanation. PLUS they had the nerve to send me a bill for work they DIDN'T ACTUALLY DO. Do yourself a favor & LOOK ELSEWHERE.

They did a fine job once they got here. It took too long for them to get to my job and communications were weak. I never really knew if they were going to do the job or not.

I used Custom for my insulation needs and was very happy with the job they provided. I recently contacted them a copule of times regarding a gas fireplace but have yet to hear back.

Steve came to do the wood stove installation work. It was speedy and professional. Always pleasant. He made sure that the work is inspected and approved by the building inspector before sign off. Just excellent service!
