Project: Install or Replace a Major Electric Appliance
Mike came on time, he looked at the work and gave me a price.After he was done the price was much higher. The drain was installed crooked and leaked. He stated he was unable to install the faucet because it was missing parts. The dishwasher was installed crooked, he did not put on the sound insulation or rubber seal. He stated it was unecessary. The range could not go closer than 6" from the wall because he placed the plumbing for the gas in the wrong spot. I removed his work and reinstalled everything myself. He did not do one thing correctly.He has no idea what he is doing.

Mike was a pro from the get go. He returned my call quickly, set up an appointment to my liking, called to confirm... and arrived right on time! A quick look at my 3 issues, and I was told it could be fixed on the spot. The price quoted was more than fair. The work was completed... but more than that, Mike was a pleasure to talk to... and got the AOK from my dog Georgia. I guarantee I'll call again for additional projects!
