I was very pleased with Custom Home Theater's performance. Rudy does exceptional work and has a great attention to detail. We had 2 flat screens mounted. Rudy and his colleague unmounted them from our previous location, patched the walls, safely transported our televisions to our new location and installed them, all in one day. The patch work he did at our old place was amazing. The walls were like new. I would definitely recommend Custom Home Theater. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and will do it right, Custom Home Theater is the service provider for you.

Rudy was an awesome contractor! I was really under the gun after my first proposal went bad. He contacted me the same day I called him, came out the next day and gave me an estimate after seeing my needs. He didn't even require a deposit-two days latter he was out at my house installing electronics. We had a little problem mouting my TV to the wall and Rudy didn't like it, so he came back out the following week and rehung it with better bracing. The sound is great! I would use Rudy again in a second.

Rudy was very prompt in contacting me. He emailed me several sites with great customer reviews. He is very knowledgable with electronics and recommended me several models. He was able to get the electronics a better price than the internet or store. He is costly and his price is a bit high, but I think it is reasonable due to his professionalism and his work. Rudy is even able to work with you and setup a payment plan. Thanks Rudy! K

Wonderful experience all the way around. Very clean install no debris or mess left in my house. This is the type of contracter you pray shows up when u put in a call. Top quality work , constant updates and finished the job on time. Absolutely nothing more I could ask.

Rudy responded quickly. I had to move huge flat screens from my last home, Rudy came by offered advise and helped to take down 60", 200 lb flat screen and this was before he saw the new job. Rudy was just married, (he was going to take the week off ) came to my new home,hooked up 5 flat screens, with color remotes, made sure the Direct Tv was working, he also expanded coverage in our 4 story home for internet with additional ports and routers. He did a great job, on time. I would use Rudy again.

I am so impressed with Rudy and his professionalism. He came into the project to clean up a previous installer's work. It took him 3 days and a lot of hard work! His commitment to get the job done correctly and his dedication to customer service is unsurpassed. He did whatever it took to get the job done, including spending 2 hours in a very hot attic to do the wiring! But he did it and we are very grateful! He stuck by his quote and even though the job was tougher than anticipated he did not charge extra. Thank you Rudy.
