Custom Home Theater installed our new system.  TIm did a very nice job on <br />the wiring and the install itself.  He was reliable, helpful, polite and came <br />when he said he would.  My only issue is that one of my requirements <br />was not finished - that of programming a Logitech Harmony remote to <br />run the entire system.  I still haven't been able to get the remote programmed <br />properly and Logitech is non-responsive.  I would have liked the entire process to have been finished prior to TIm leaving.  The universal remote is the final important piece in <br />such complicated systems.  Otherwise the rest of the install was as expected.
