Robert with Laird McKee Properties did a great job for us. The biggest advantage of using Robert is that he is local & I could always get in touch with him (either by email, text message, or phone.) He is always checking on the project to make sure things are running smoothly, and he stayed on time & in budget. After looking around for months, we are glad we finally ended up with Robert as our contractor.

I would recommend Laird McKee Properties to as many people as I can. From the very first time I met our contractor he did everything in a timely manner, starting with the estimate and ending with a complete project. He was very easy to get in touch with and I never felt like I had to track him down. All his workers were very friendly and did an amazing job! This was the first project I have had done without any issues!

If you don't care about your finished work- hire Robert. If you care how it looks, that the job is finished correctly, and care that your contractor is actually present for the job- don't go here. I wish I would have seen a review to help me steer clear of this mess. Wrong paint, wrong doors installed, no primer so paint peels off of plastic door/window frames, leaks in the plumbing, unfinished blemishes in the wall, no wood footers under the door jams, no sealing of gaps around installed doors, paint left on floors, and nails left outside (in children's play area). Sound like an exaggeration? I have pics and video. Buyer Beware!!!

Please read our other reviews from customers. You will see that his comments are not consistent with our commitment to make all of our customers satisfied with their new basement. We can provide contact info for his neighbors who have volunteered to provide details of his behavior. All items mentioned were addressed to his satisfaction prior to us completing the project We have finished over 40 basements in his neighborhood and have never experienced anyone like him in the 12 yrs we've been in business. Once again, please feel free to ask for references and a visit to other customer’s basements so you can see our quality.

The firm was clearly experienced in basement remodeling. There were no extraordinary delays. I would recommend them to friends.

Everything was done beautifully and with very little impact on us while we were still living in the house. All of the workers were very pleasent, proffesional and hard working. They cleaned the area after work everyday. they even worked many weekends to meet the deadline. We couldn't be more pleased with the way our basement now looks.

The company and people were very professional. They arrived on time and completed the job to my requirements. They listened to what I wanted and ensured that they did everything to make the target timing.

Robert was very professional and efficient. His carpenter, Domingo was extremely pleasant and repectful of our home. They did excellent work, and we are very pleased with the results.

They were very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. After completion of each phase they walked the area with us to make sure it was completed to our satisfaction.
