Custom Exteriors did a fantastic job. I interviewed a number of installers and the Custom Exteriors rep was particularly conscientious about following up with me. He was very flexible and we managed to arrange the job even though I was difficult to reach. As well, Custom Exteriors made special arrangements to complete my job within my timeframe at no extra cost. Finally, I am completely happy with my new windows and only wish I had them put in sooner. When I am able to replace more windows, I will definitely use Custom Exteriors again.

All windows were measured .25 inches too short. So wood framework had to be constructed on the outside of the window to cover up the mistake. Now the framework has to be painted each year. My maintenance free windows are no longer maintenance free. Wrong choice of retrofit windows for the metal framework we were using.

Quite good but not totally satisfied. I have 2 windows with grids installed side by side in the living room. The top and bottom grids of first window are not lined up with the 2nd window. I told about this with the foreman but he gave me some excuses instead of fixing it. My house was not totally cleaned when they left...dusts are everywhere and also left some trash & debris of broken glasses at the front yard of my house. I also told the foreman to put tarp to every part of the room so as not to walk on my carpet with their shoes on. They did put some, but they brought only few tarps that couldn't be enough to cover the other rooms...and they worked all the rooms on same time. In fairness, I like the windows and quite satisfied the quickness of the crew to install my windows.
