Tom was very patient in working with me since I did not know exactly what I was looking for. We corresponded via email and he was very prompt in turning around the initial design as well as incorporating changes that I wanted. My husband and I were very happy with the end result and our closet maximizes all of the space available and within budget. Tom's prices are comparable and competitive with other vendors I researched for this project. We will definitely use Tom again for future projects.

Very Unprofessional in every aspect!! Charged me 100.00 more than what he quoted in writing which was dishonest because he ended up getting a refund for the trim he didn't use. Didn't cover any of my electronics or personal items in the basement whe he was sawing the wood. Left a mess of saw dust over EVERYTHING and i had to spend 8.5 hours cleaning everything to make sure it worked and wasn't ruined because of his lack of respect for peoples things. Dented the walls and put a hole in it and than asked me if I wanted him to paint just the spots he dented or the entire wall. He knew the right thing to do but chose not to do it.

Tom was great. . .he's not pushy and truly listened to what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. The closet isn't installed yet, but if you send me another email in a couple weeks, I'll rate the product also. I would definately recommend Tom to anyone. He's very professional and easy to work with and explained everything, in detail, to me.
