Custom Climate Control

Dennis was great. He came out on the weekend to take a look at our furnace situation, gave us a rough estimate and ordered the part first thing Monday morning. We were kept up to date as to the status of the ordered part and once it arrived he came right over to install it. We felt that the final total (parts and labor) was reasonable and in line with his initial estimate and we appreciated his straightforwardness throughout the whole process. In the future if we do have problems with either our AC unit or furnace he will definitely be the one we call.

Excellent experience! As a real estate broker finding good contractors for my clients is very important. CCC is tops on my list when we need a HVAC contractor. he only checked to see if the AC unit would run but was in too much of a hurry and didnt check to see if there was any freon in the unit. I spent 75.00 for a service call and didnt get what I paid for.

We are sorry you are so unhappy. We wish you would have said something! Or called the office to complain. We would have taken any step to make you satisfied. When you hire a contractor in the future, whether it's us or someone else, please say something if you are unhappy. No one can fix a problem they don't know about. We did check your freon level and your unit was running fine when Dennis left. Also, $75.00 is a standard charge for a HVAC service call. We have a 90 day service guarantee so please call if the unit starts giving you problems.

Dennis and Lori are honest and professional and have awesome customer service. Lori, from the office, did what she could to help us out by asking us questions to see whether/how Custom Climate Control could help us. It was reassuring to know they'd worked in our neighborhood often and were familiar with the A/C units installed by our builder. When Dennis arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem with our A/C unit and even though it was hot, he had no qualms about going in our attic to check our ducts. In the course of fixing our problems, he also did a general check of our A/C unit and ducts to make sure everything was okay--very thorough.
