Also, Rick quoted me one price and added $10 more to my credit card without letting me know. When I called his assistant indicated that he said he had decided to split the tax with me which was not told to me in the beginning. The total price he gave was supposed to be tax included.  I will not use someone I can't trust with my credit card. However the installers were WONDERFUL!!
