Doug did a great job. Magnolia made recommendations that were sound and they were flexible when we changed it on them. My wife l(and I) really like the new door. It is keeping the garage warmer than I expected.

Project: Install, Alter or Repair Security Bars
They literally measure twice and cut once. My bars were true custom built. My windows were 3 different sizes and the doorknob placement on the doors were not the typical. All this was taken into account as they were built. The builders, especially Rick, stayed in contact with me the entire way, letting me knowwhat and when the various pieces were being worked on. The finished product is accurate, great looking and I pulled and yanked on all the bars myself. Fantastic work and quality workmanship. I am very pleased. They will build another set for my sliding patio door and also considering securing my AC unit behind the house. Great job!!!!!!

They were slightly more expensive... But they were able to get to come out sooner... So the convenience almost made up for difference.

This company is fantastic. Rick the owner and Doug the technician did a great job in installing two garage doors for me. They went out to the house on Tuesday, gave me a reasonable quote and I hired them. They started the next day and finished the following day. Hire to finish only 3 days and they did a superb job. I could not be happier. The other two contractors that SM sent out could not compare to Magnolia. They know what they are doing. You do not have to look further than Magnolia. There were also no surprises. They did a great job and charged me exactly what they quoted. I would use them again and recommend them very highly
