City: Rancho Cucamonga Project: Window Cleaning The appointment was scheduled at 8 a.m.  However it was logged into the schedule book as 9:15 a.m.  The driver ran 20 min late.  So the start time ran the appointment into the… Read Complete Rating The appointment was scheduled at 8 a.m.  However it was logged into the schedule book as 9:15 a.m.  The driver ran 20 min late.  So the start time ran the appointment into the schedule of the house cleaners beginning at 2 p.m.  The representatve called to communicate so I was aware of what was happening.  When the job was completed the windows looked beautiful, but the troughs had not been cleaned.  The worker had left the trough cleaning brush at home.  She indicated she was done and would load up the truck and come back for the contract and check.  But I explained the job was not done.  We agreed she would return the next day to finish.   Rating: Provided By: Evelyn F.
