My hot tub wasn't heating up properly and the technician came over an replaced a part and within 15 min. the job was done. This guy was personable and knowledgeble. I would use this company again.

Crystal Clear water Treatment is great! We called them out on a Sunday in the snow on extremely short notice and they were able to come very quickly and were extremely helpful. I would definetly recommend Crystal Clear Water Treatment, and definetly use them again.

my tub lost power right before the sub-zero cold snap. had parts freeze. expected the worst but turned out the best. just needed two couplees replaced. they didn't take advantage of my vulnerable situation.

Russell at Crystal Clear was probably one of the best vendors over all for any type of service not just a hot tub but anything I have ever had. Not only did he keep way under budget, he was prompt, courteous and he will fallow up and respond to call back. It was the best service in 10years that I have had.

They made sure the job was done and done right. I had a leak that was tough to get to, but they did and fixed it. Mike showed up on the exact time and brought what he needed to fix the problem. I will call them again we needed.

They are prompt to respond. Work is reasonably priced. I was disappointed in thoroughness. Simply using the correct size of fuse rather then forcing a fuse that did not fit would have definitely been appreciated.
