I STILL OWE THEM MONEY - THEY TOOK OVER A 6 WEEKS TO GET MY POOL DONE AND HAD ME MISS ABOUT 6 DAYS OF WORK WAITING ON THEM TO SHOW UP ON THE JOB SITE. THEY TOLD ME FOR OVER 2 WEEKS THEY WERE COMING TO CORRECT SOME MINOR PROBLEMS BUT KEPT PULLING A NO SHOW WITH NO PHONE CALL. I'V E PUT 2 CALLS IN FOR THE OWNER BUTCH WHICH STILL HAS NOT RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS. I AM TOTAL WILLING TO PAY THEM THE REST OF THEIR MONEY WHEN THEY COME OUT AND CORRECT SOME OF ME AND MY WIFES CONCERNS. I WILL NOT CALL THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY REALLY DROPPED THE BALL. THE POOL IS GREAT AND THE QUALITY SEEMS TO BE OK BUT THEY NEVER EVEN HELPED ME SET UP OUR POOL.

Working with the people at Crystal Clear Pools in Loganville was great! They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They worked with us in every way possible. We will be customers for many years and will recommend them to all our pool friends.
