Every Criterium Engineers' home inspection includes the following: Inspection The Standard Criterium Engineers home inspection is an on-site evaluation of your home's systems, including the structure, by licensed professionals. Detailed Narrative Report Our detailed narrative report is tailored to the property and your needs. Many inspection companies give you a check list or a generic reference that doesn't provide you with a true understanding of the home. Our written report starts with a summary that is followed by a system-by-system description and a discussion of any observed deficiencies. The report concludes with a 10-year maintenance plan.
