I chose to work in this industry because Father and grandfather were plumbers. It is in my blood..I love working in North Carolina because I enjoy meeting people and helping with thier plumbing issues..We started in this industry in 1978.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
They answered my emergency call and provided help very quickly. My water heater needed to be replaced immediately so that I could go on a trip that morning. From the time I made the call to the end, it took about 2.5 hrs to finish the job and I was on my way. He was also informative, pleasant, efficient, and gave us a reasonable price. Thank you!

Steve was extremely knowledgeable & got the job done well. He was able to come out twice right when we needed him. It was pricey but I guess plumbers just are. Highly recommend.

Steve was set to come out April 18th but we had a leak on the 17th. We called Steve and he came out that day, without even knowing us. I was very impressed and will use this company for my next plumbing needs. Thank you for the suggestion. Better than just going to the Yellow pages.

They were really good. Worked well with me to get the scheduled done. Called to make sure it wasnt emergency. It was a pleasure to work with them. Answered all my questions and able to do the work right away.

Had a very short time frame in which I could be available for leaky toilet to be fixed. Crown promptly responded to my ServiceMagic request & scheduled the appointment in less than 24 hrs. Completed work within half an hour. Problem appears to be resolved.
