They came out quickly. They were very professional and made some suggestions on how to deal with our mice problem. They sealed up several openings and hopefully this will solve our problem.

They called within 15 minutes of when I contacted ServiceMagic. Mark set up an appointment for the next morning to look at our pigeon problem. He was the second of four to tour the site. While he was on site, he was positive and forthcoming. He tried all the options to find the best bang-for-the-buck for us. His bid included removal of HVAC equipment and all contaminated materials with a dumpster they provided. They came and did the work according to the bid less than a week after the bid was approved. They sent an invoice less than two weeks after they finished work for exactly what the bid had been. Excellent experience.
