Matthew and his righthand man were very commited to my every request .....

The contractor underestimated the amount of concrete needed for the project and took some short cuts to make up for the mistake. The end result was a patio lacking in quality. I choose a licensed contractor and paid more rather than going with "2 guys and a pick up truck" so that this sort of thing wouldn't happen. Lesson Learned.

We tore out a concrete slab near the foundation while unaware that the slab was over 12" thick requiring more material for the pour. We had to move in one side of the slab roughly 6" to accommodate for this mishaps. The homeowner was advised of the lack of concrete due to the miscalculation of the tear out and I thought that the slight 6" difference was of no concern. We finished the concrete slab and reviewed the final result for approval. Completely unaware of the dissatisfaction by the homeowner until now. I would have corrected this mistake if confronted of an issue. I don't agree with a lack of quality but only a lack of material.

Very competent and fair

Excellent Service!!!! These guys are like the one stop shopping for lawns. They repaired my sprinkler system from hell, built a beautiful retaining wall to solve my erosion problem, and installed a lighting system befitting a mansion. There was nothing these guys didn't do well!

The installation was ok, but I should have gotten a more detailed bid. I was charged for underground drain they tore up when they trenched for the irrigation system and my yard was not left neat. Pieces of sod and dirt was just dumped on the side of the front yard. Trenches through my existing sod was left bare and very bad looking. I have had to pay someone to take care of things that I felt was Crescent Ridges Landscapes responsibility. I still can't believe a professional would leave the yard looking as bad as they did. Also, there was another underground drain cut that I was not told about. I guess they would be fine on a new yard

This owner was of a fastidious character since the initial meeting. I tried to educate the elderly woman about the new irrigation system and provided a detailed estimate/map and explained we would have to trench through her existing sod. Unexpectedly, we trenched through drain lines from the gutters and repaired them back, only charging for the extra drainage pipe since we were never warned of such pipes. We reacted to the situation and remarks as professionals and this only proves that no matter how amenable you are, it is impossible to satisfy certain people. The trenches were covered up neatly and sod debris dumped on site out of view.
