The owner of the company, Tim, called within minutes of submitting our work request (needed work on furnace) and scheduled our appointment quickly. I was at work, but my wife said he was knowledgeable and friendly and took a lot of time to explain everything that he was doing, even taking the time to notice some things that should have been caught by our home inspection. We highly recommend this company and will work with them again.

My furnace was running...constantly. He fixed the problem in the end, after charging me for 2 hours, when he was here for an hour and 15 minutes..and was 1.5 hours late the first day, and 8 hours late the second day!! I would not rehire this contractor...

Tim was a pleasure to work with and it was all done by phone. He did an excellent job fixing all the leaks and other misc. plumbing issues in a home that badly needed some TLC and he was the right person to do it. He is VERY efficient and considerate and his rates are very reasonable! He followed my wishes exactly and I couldn't be happier. He is also VERY NEAT and totally cleaned up after himself. His work is TOP SHELF!!! I'm hoping he gets additional jobs from other family members.
