Project: Install Cabinets
They do a good job but I had to coach them way too much to get the results I wanted. The end results were very satisfying.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Freddy was great at contacting us. Gave us the quote for the work we wanted to be done. He explained to us the pros and cons when we had options. Very Courteous and hard working. Our projects are 80% complete, the work was done in a timely manner and we are very happy with the results. His prices are reasonable. He help us with re-tiling the floor, installing a frame-less door in the shower, painting and repairing textured drywall.

Project: Repair Cabinets
Freddy took on a challenging job for us and successfully located the source of a leak (it was in the wall) that had been missed by two other contractors before him. He patched the drywall, retexturized the wall, painted it to match, and rebuilt a cabinet from the inside out, matching the stain perfectly. We were amazed at the quality of the finished work and the promptness of the repair - from quote to completion took less than a week. We will definitely recommend Creative Remodeling Services to our friends and neighbors.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
Did not do what we asked him to do, he did it his way after I told him how we wanted the stain to look.

We repaired the deck and the homeowners were very happy with repairs and they asked us to also stain and seal the deck. The husband bought the stain and the wife didn't like it. We offered to sand & restain and took both of them to Home Depot together to agree on stain - we were their 3 hours and finally they did. We restained and wife still thought too dark, husband loved, we said we would do again if they would buy 5 gallons of stain this time, they didn't want to spend money on that so they said it was okay when we explained over time would lighten on exterior wood.
