Russell Ponzoha, owner and designer of Creative Outdoor Design, is an impressive combination of experience, knowledge and creativity. We are delighted with our new deck and fence extension. Russell is very thorough, polite and organized as is his team, who has been with him for years. If we ever move and need another deck, Russell will be our man. I don't anticipate having to replace this one. It is going to outlive us!

Russell and team were very pleasant to work with. He was great with followup and communication. He did a great job of taking our ideas and creating a vision that was exactly what we wanted and more. Russell took the time to talk to us, show us sample materials and finished the work in a very timely matter. We would definitely recommend him!

In comparing the 3 companies that bid my deck project - Russell from Creative Outdoor Designs and Installations was cream of the crop. He was prompt for our meetings, very detail oriented and presented a great proposal. He asked a lot of questions to ensure that I would be able to take advantage of all the amenities a built-in deck offers. He also showed me the difference between the materials and the expense. Installation was flawless with a few minor changes that only benefited the finished product. His team was efficient, respectful, clean and the finished product was amazing. If I need additional outdoor design work - Russell is #1!

Working with Russell was a breeze of fresh air. Everything moved smoothly and perfect as planned. From the begining he worked with us to fit the project to our budget. He gave us very good recommendations that only a professional with his experience can give. We follow his advice 100% and our deck was finished in 3 days as he promised. He and his staff worked very quick and clean. I highly recommed him.
