Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps
My experience left me luke warm. First, trees that were to remain were cut. While the contractor offered to replace them, when I told him I would take care of it later, I assumed he would knock some money off the bill for the replacement costs (over $200), but he did not. Second, the work crew left lots of trash on the site, which I had to clean up, including beer cans, which I realized they were drinking on the job site. Totally unacceptable. Third, pieces and piles of concrete were left in a trail from the work site in my backyard. After several weeks, I am still cleaning up concrete pieces in my back and front yard just so I can mow.

Project: Install a Retaining Wall
I obtained 5 quotes from various contractors to replace a railroad tie retaining wall that had rotted out. Craig came to my house to assess the situation and I really liked the fact that he was the only one of the contractors who followed up with me. He was diligent in working with me to get my business, meeting a competitor's bid that was a bit lower. His entire crew was professional and hard working and did great work. They completed the job in a little over a day and Craig even had them cut down a tree for me at no extra charge.
