we had a few problems, but the designer took care of everything and we are very happy with the service and the result.

Kim was very helpful and well prepared. Since we were not sure of the cost we found prices a little high but because of the quality and the service provided we decided this was the best bang for the buck.

The contractor closest to us was out of town, so Kim arranged to measure and install the blind we needed fairly quickly. It was a little more than we had wanted to pay, but the service was excellent. The product was just what we wanted.
