My husband and I spent a long time creating our perfect floor plan for our basement. It was awesome to see it come to life! Bob and his team were a delight to work with. They were professional, considerate, and hard working. Our finished basement blends seamlessly with the rest of our house, just as we requested. We wanted functional living space, not just something that looked like a basement with drywall up and flooring laid down. Bob, was able to not only understand our vision, but also anticipated any problems and offered workable suggestions to ensure we would be happy with the final product. Definitely call Creative Concepts!

Project: Remodel a Basement
Bob and his team completed this project in a timely manner and the communication throughout the project was pretty good. Bob was very professional and his experience made a difference. I would recommend Creative Concepts but it is important to take the initiative to explain what you want in advance. If you are looking for them to take the ball, they will make assumptions of what you might like, which is not entirely bad unless you have another idea in mind. So, as the project gets started and as it progresses, ensure that both sides are on the same page. All in all, we enjoy our remodeled basement and an pleased with the final product.

Very friendly, personable and prompt. Did take a little longer to complete job, but seemed to be to make sure job was done properly. Work was good and I really liked the end product, contractor even helped with some design ideas as well. Later on, did have some cracking of grout, in which KJ Property Investmets promptly came out and repaired.

Bob was very easy to work with. Last minute design changes did not bother him. He was always punctual and respectful of his surroundings. He offered some good design ideas of his own.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Our family had KJ Property Investments, Inc. remodel our bathroom in August of 2008. Bob came to our home to give us an estimate the same day we contacted him. The work he did for us was quality work and was finished in a very timely manner. He was always easy to get a hold of if we had any questions and was very helpful through the entire process. We were so pleased with Bob and his work that we also hired him to re-do the flooring in another bathroom and our utility room. We would highly recommend this company for your projects.
