I had hard stain on my carpet and was looking for professional to come in and do patch as I had tried removing stain on my own and was not successful. I hired Creative Solutions who have Excellent Customer Service attitude. They came and tried to remove stain first and only after tryinng that route they did patch which blended into original carpet very well. I would certainly hire them back again for carpet cleaning and install work.

The guys who came to fix the carpet were very professional and friendly. They worked very effectively and the carpet repairs were completed in a timely manner. I was impressed with the quality of work and will recommend their services to others.

The two young men who did the job were professional and friendly. The carpet was stretched very nicely. I was a little disappointed that the furniture was not put back into place. I assumed that was part of the job. I was able to move things back myself, but in the future would suggest discussing moving and replacing furniture ahead of time.
