Kevin was open and hard working while he was here. His cell phone was always ringing when he was here. Not even once did he stop to see who it was; nor did he even act like he had a message or phone call. Kevin was all business and worked straight through the job. He got he on time and was done in about 4 hours. His fee was very fair based on the work that he did for us. I was expecting i little more than he charged. He vert well might be doing other work for us in the future. Overall, we had a excellent experience with Kevin.

I was very satisfied with the carpet repair Kevin did on repairing the tear in the middle of my living room floor. He was courteous, professional, and prompt. It took longer to repair then originally thought and was therefore more costly then the original estimate. I find myself looking at the area numerous times a day and am so pleased with how it looks. I would definitely recommend Creative Carpet designs to others.
