i hired this contractor to repair a GE profile refrigerator. after the first visit, he told me he had to order the parts and it would take a week. after several attempts to contact and get a straight answer, it was obvious he had no clue how to fix it and was replacing parts till he got the right one. after 3 weeks+ he told me the parts were on the truck, but if i could find them that was ok. I hired another contractor and it was done right away. this guy is not to be trusted with straightening a paper clip.

He did a great job and was pleasant to talk to, quick to respond, and came out the same day. The service call cost seemed rather high though.
