service was excellent but demand to fill out this survey when I already did fill it out AND a phone call asking for feedback may discourage me from ever using the service again. I am glad to give feedback one time but this constant contact is so annoying that I am setting my computer to block further contact from you.

He was supposed to order parts that were expected in by Monday or Tuesday. I had to call at the end of the week to ask for a status update. He finally got the parts and a week and a half later the blinds were fixed in adequate fashion.
