I dealt with Hans Prosser. I live in Los Angeles and bought an investment property in Georgia. Because of complications with the seller, the closing was delayed three times. There was a fence problem that I need to have fixed within a couple of days after closing, and Hans worked with me on the estimate and scheduling so that the job could get done when I needed it, despite the postponements. His crew did an excellent and timely job and the price was fair.
