Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
The installation did not occur for two weeks after what was expected but The Sales Rep, Jeff Powell kept me informed so not disapointed. Once work began, the workers completed in the timeframe that was given. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves everyday and when the job was done. When job was complete, Mr. Powell asked me to go into crawl space to inspect work and show me some inmportant items that were part of installation. Now that the encapsulation, there was an immediate, noticeable change in air quality which has helped with allergies our family were dealing with prior to work. I would definitely recommend!!!

We hired greenstar coating which is affiliated with crawl space systems. They fixed and resurfaced our concrete porch. It looks awesome! It was reasonable and is good quality.

Everything went very well...lots of dust, but I guess that's to be expected. The work was performed quickly and nicely. Digging for a sump pump isn't the easiest or neatest thing to do, but after it was over, I was pleased to have selected Crawl Space Systems. The only negative is that a window in the basement was left open. I didn't discover it for a day or so. A small oversight.

Rick and his crew were very flexible with the complicated water intrusion problems we had, especially over the Winter Holiday Season. We are very happy with our warm, insulated floors and dry crawlspace.

Crawlspace Systems came to my residence and examined the water damage on my first and second floor. Mr. Rick Payne was very professional and thorough about his work. He did an exemplary report that can be used in court if necessary. I highly recommend Crawlspace Systems, they do outstanding work.

An absolutely fantastic contractor. Completed everything on time and on budget at a fair price. This is probably one of the best investments we've made in our house, and would recommend it to anyone with a damp/wet crawlspace. Superb job!
