The only problem I had is that the dead bolt lock seemed cheap. I wasn't able to be there when my father had the lociksmith over. My dad is disabled with MS and he does alot of things alone. I definitely would have asked him if the dead bolt lock would be as good as the lock we had previously? It worked out. The work was done properly and my dad is safe. I do recommend Crane, but please ask about the quality of the lock.

Very professional, small but challenging broken skeleton key in lock project, able to troubleshoot and try a numer of approaches until he tackled the problem. Great resource if you have a new or old home.
