Hans Cramer was very professional through the whole process, from initial contact to completion. He answered ALL questions in a timely manner, of which I had many. Final report was/is very detailed. Inspection was completed on a mobile home, which many/most home inspectors will not do. Hans DID go under home, which was my main consern. Money well spent.

Incredible. We had Cramer Home Inspection inspect a 34 year old mobile home our son was purchasing. He was extremely thorough. Not only that, we received a three ring binder complete with pictures and descriptions of all the problem areas in red and a maintenance schedule for our son to use in the months ahead on what problems he might incur and also for general maintenance on items in the home such as the furnace, roof, floor, everything.
